I don’t normally leave reviews but when I feel someone has gone out of their way to help me, then credit is given where credit is earned IMO. Thank you Bella Ramos ( yes I asked her for her full name because she was brilliant) for helping me in store today ( Mecca Maxima in Melbourne Central). She was charming, helpful, her product knowledge was very impressive and quick ( I asked for specific help on medium coverage foundation and something to help the not so Chanel bags under my eyes), and she was very personable and friendly in a very natural way; as in I felt I gained a friend when she had finished serving me. Thank you for your help, I’m so excited to try my new products, and I would definitely go back to that Mecca in particular, for her customer service. Amazing! Thank you!

I have been to this Mecca many times before and have always had an amazing experience! Today my Mum and I came in to have a look at some products for an upcoming event. Jenny was so helpful!! She spent so much time with us, helping my Mum find a lot of new products which suit her skin type and complexion. Jenny was so knowledgeable and ensured my Mum got exactly what she needed; allowing her to test all the products she was considering before buying them, as well as giving us detailed information about their benefits and ingredients. My Mum and I are so pleased with the customer service we received today and she is really looking forward to wearing her new makeup. I have an event next year and really hope I can book in a service where Jenny is my makeup artist. Thank you so much Jenny, you made our day 😊

I went into Melbourne Central today to try a few products so that I could buy them slowly at my pace.A special thank you note for Toobi who saw me at the entrance and asked if I required a helping hand. Toobi was extremely helpful and helped me to choose the right foundation, eyeshadow and lipstick for my skin type. Toobi was there to guide me with the products that would suit my skin. Toobi went over and beyond to help and explain things to me. Next time I know what I must buy from Mecca. Thank you Mecca and Toobi for assisting me, I really appreciate your help.

We had the absolute best experience with Paige! I took my parents in to get some products for their upcoming wedding - they were pretty nervous and hesitant, but Paige instantly made them feel relaxed and comfortable. She was so knowledgeable about all the products and was able to recommend them the perfect things. We were all super impressed with her ability to perfectly colour match on the first try, every single time!! Thank you so much Paige for creating such a friendly, fun and successful experience for my parents, :)

Great range of skincare products and other related items. Mecca brand cosmetics are very affordable. Good customer service but sometimes there’s a long wait to find a store assistant. Like the fact that there is a list at entrance for assistance. Free samples and try before buy.
